Overview: Two Associates will work with the Guest Services Manager and Head Chef to serve weekend retreat groups, mid-week visitors, and regularly scheduled guests. While maintaining flexibility and versatility, the Hospitality Associate will focus on hosting groups and creating exceptional food service experiences while also assisting in planning and housekeeping for each event. Focuses on hosting, food service, and bookends of each retreat.
Overview: The Facilities Associate will assist the Facilities Manager in care, maintenance, and improvements of all structures, equipment, and facility related systems on SAMBICA property. Focus on the land upkeep and facility projects to help camp run. Depending on skill and interest, take ownership of an area of facilities maintenance and advancement.
