Dining Hall: This space comfortably seats up to 200 people and includes a wood burning fireplace and cozy seating area. Our dining services serve high quality buffet-style meals and a large assortment of hot and cold beverages!

Field: With a full turf field and adjacent grass section, this facility can be used year-round for all types of sports, including football, frisbee, spikeball, 9-Square and more!

The TAB: The Activity Building is ideal for large group games like basketball, pickleball, and indoor volleyball. This facility, which has both heating and air conditioning, features a large floor space and windowed interiors facing the beautiful Lake Sammamish! 

Waterfront: With stunning views of Lake Sammamish, the SAMBICA waterfront includes a beach, dock, grassy area, two diving boards, and a slide! 

Beach Volleyball: Practice your skills on our beautiful white sand courts! We have two courts on upper camp and one court on lower camp next to the waterfront!

Ropes Course/VPP: Our adventure ropes course and vertical play pen both host incredible team building opportunities! 

Grounds: SAMBICA is located on 10 acres in Bellevue, WA. Though surrounded by a residential community, SAMBICA is a true place of retreat!

Lodgings

SAMBICA offers five clean and comfortable housing options for overnight lodging ranging from 2 guests to 150!

Forum Cabins: Sleeps 54

Two cabins sleep 12 guests and the additional three cabins sleep 10 guests. Cabins include solid wood bunks with comfortable extra-long twin-size mattresses! Each cabin is individually heated and has access to dorm-style restrooms!

Joshua Lodge: Sleeps 58

Four cabins sleep 12 guests, one cabin sleeps 10 guests. Each cabin features bunk style beds with comfortable extra-long twin-sized mattresses. There are two restrooms located in the lodge, each with two showers! Restrooms and showers are wheelchair accessible.

Country Cabins: Sleeps 40

Each cabin sleeps 10 guests. One cabin has newly renovated solid wood bunks with extra-long twin sized mattresses. All cabins have their own restroom!

Speaker’s Cabin: Trip Leader & Family

This cabin is outfitted with a queen bed and 3 bunk-beds, making it an ideal space for families of up to 8 to stay. The cabin has its own restroom, giving the Trip Leader and their family a home-style space for the duration of their stay!

Grace Lodge:  Sleeps 24

Two cabins in Grace Lodge each sleep 12 guests! The lodge includes 2 restrooms!

Meeting Spaces

Lower Forum Meeting Room: 

This large, carpeted, amphitheater-style room seats up to 300 guests and includes a stage, powerful sound system, and two large flat screen TVs. This is a perfect space for a large meeting or worship service!

Upper Forum Meeting Room: 

This newly-renovated lodge-style room acts as a large foyer for the Lower Forum. This space has a pool table, foosball table, shuffle board, wood-burning fireplace, and large conference table. This space can be used on its own or joined with the the Lower Forum Meeting Room!

Beach House:

This cozy meeting space features beautiful panoramic views of the lake. With room for up to 15 people it is perfect for Bible studies, small groups meetings, and strategic planning sessions! The Beach House sits 100 feet from the shore of Lake Sammamish and is directly next to the volleyball court! Two restrooms are located on the lower floor and accessible from an outside entrance!

Joshua Lodge Meeting Room:

The 972 square-foot meeting room comfortably holds 60 people and features a gas fireplace and piano. Includes a large refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, coffee station, and tea selection!

Upper Deck:

The Upper Deck is a perfect place to enjoy SAMBICA's outdoor views and the cozy fireplace at night! 

TAB Patio:

With a stunning view of Lake Sammamish, the TAB Patio is an ideal place for smaller groups to gather!
