Staff

Our team members are college-aged adults who are responsible, faithful leaders. We hold extensive application, interview, and background check processes on all employees. Our counselors are strong role models who love to be silly and have tons of fun!

SPARK - Counselor and Boys
Safety - ropes course

Safety

Safety is our top priority. Rest assured that when you drop your camper off at SAMBICA, our staff will work around-the-clock to ensure safety in activities, at the waterfront, and with each other. All of our staff are First Aid/CPR Certified and go through extensive safety training and background checks.

Faith Focus

Childhood is a vital time to ask the Big Questions and explore faith. We give campers a space to do just that. Because SAMBICA's vision is to inspire youth to a relationship with Jesus Christ, daily Bible studies will be run by counselors making space for campers to ask questions and share their thoughts.
