Clubhouse Before and After School Care at SAMBICA

Before and After School Care

Clubhouse at SAMBICA provides quality before and after school care for kindergarten through fifth grade students.
Our program currently serves children at many schools in the Issaquah and Bellevue School Districts. Students are transported daily to and from school by our caring staff. Because SAMBICA is a Christian organization, our faith is a very important aspect of our program. We seek to demonstrate a Christ-like attitude in all that we do and it is our goal to lovingly serve children and their families every day.

Staff That Genuinely Care
Your confidence in our staff is extremely important to us. Our carefully recruited staff must demonstrate good judgment, a heart for mentoring children, and emotional and spiritual maturity. Each class, divided by grade, has a lead teacher who facilitates all of the activities and cares for the children consistently throughout the school year. All staff under go a thorough background screening and have appropriate training, such as CPR and First Aid, STARS training, and driver’s safety training.

Unique Recreational Environment
Children have plenty of room to run and play on SAMBICA’s 11 acres of property. Our students enjoy a variety of fun on-site activities such as arts and crafts, computers, game room, playground, group games, waterfront time (on warm days), and mini-golf. An optional time is offered each day for students to do homework and receive individual assistance. Children take part in an interactive Bible lesson one hour per week. Curriculum is intentionally designed to teach basic non-denominational Christian values in an inclusive environment.

Flexible Service For Your Family
We have a variety of affordable plans that, in most cases, can be customized to meet a family’s unique needs. Clubhouse begins weekdays at 6:30am and ends at 6:30pm. We serve all-day care during school closures, such as spring break, mid-winter break, holidays, teacher planning days, and snow days. During scheduled all-day school closures, students go on field trips. Some examples include visiting places like the zoo, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, the Pacific Science Center, an aquarium, a museum, or a rock-climbing gym.
