Main Facilities
Jepson Forum

Jepson Forum
Newly remodeled in a northwest lodge style, the Jepson Forum comfortably accommodates up to 58 overnight guests. The lower meeting room amphitheater seats 175 people and has power shades, which allow for daytime overhead projection. This facility is a wonderful place to host your next youth retreat, or men’s/women’s retreat. This building is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Features:

Upper Forum Meeting Room: This newly remodeled 43 x 25 ft. room comfortably seats 40 people at tables, theatre, or round design. This space can be used on its own or the dividing wall can be opened up to join this space with the lower meeting amphitheatre.

Lower Forum Meeting Room: This large carpeted amphitheatre style room seats 175. It is 43 ft. long with 8 tiers in descending width. Floor to ceiling windows feature a great view of our lower campus and Lake Sammamish. This room also includes a sound system, HD digital projector, and white board. A perfect space for a large meeting or worship service.

Forum Cabins: Four of the five cabins sleep 12 people in each room. One cabin sleeps 10 people. Cabins include solid wood bunks with extra long twin size mattresses. Each unit is individually heated.

Joshua Lodge

Joshua Lodge
This wheel chair accessible lodge is a comfortable private place to retreat from the crisp fall and winter weather. Joshua Lodge can accomodate up to 50 overnight guests in bunk rooms.

Features:

Joshua Lodge Meeting Room: The 972 square-foot meeting room comfortably holds 60 people and features a gas fireplace, piano, coffee service, and wireless internet access. From its large windows you can see SAMBICA’s woodsy surroundings. Includes a large refridgerator (with freezer), microwave, coffee service, and tea selection at back of room.

Cabin Rooms: Five cabin rooms are located within Joshua Lodge. Four of the five rooms are 250 square feet. One of the rooms is 210 square feet. Each room features bunk style beds with comfortable extra long twin sized mattresses.

Restrooms: Each restroom contains two showers. Restrooms and showers are wheel chair accessible.

Country Kitchen

Country Kitchen
A cozy meeting space that will seat 40 people comfortably, the Country Kitchen is nestled among hundred foot fir trees and our Country Cabins, nearby the Joshua Lodge. This 20×36 ft meeting space easily seats 40 people, and has gas heat, a long counter space, sink, mini refrigerator, and coffee and tea station.

Features:

Country Kitchen Meeting Room: This meeting room features a microwave, mini fridge, coffee service and tea selection (see left). The name “Country Kitchen” has historical significance; this building does not actually contain a kitchen.

Country Cabins

Country Cabins
On upper camp, five Country Cabins are closely located near the Country Kitchen Meeting Room, Speaker’s Cabin, Breakout Boardroom, Joshua Lodge, and recreation field. Each cabin sleeps ten people in bunk style accommodations and includes a bathroom. Three of the five cabins include a private sleeping room with one bunk bed.

Features:

Cabins: The Country Cabins accommodate 10 overnight guests each. Solid wood bunks include new six-inch-thick mattresses.

Restrooms: Each cabin has its own restroom and includes a shower.

Speakers Cabin

Speakers Cabin
Inviting a special speaker or guest to inspire your group during your retreat at SAMBICA? Have them stay at Speakers Cabin for a relaxing time!

Features:

Cabin: This cabin offers a full size bed complete with linens and bedding.

Beach House

Beach House
This cozy meeting space features beautiful panoramic views of the lake. With room for up to 30 people it is perfect for times of thought, meditation and discussion. The Beach House is also quite versatile and can serve as a private dining room for your group. This is a peaceful place to host an intimate special event such as a tea party, or desert social.

Features:

Beach House Meeting Room: This 23 x 23 ft. meeting room features beautiful lake views and hardwood floors. Theater style or table design seating is available for 30 people. Restrooms are located on the lower floor and accessible from an outside entrance.

Location: Located near our waterfront, the Beach House has one of the best views of Lake Sammamish of any of our facilities. Nearby, the waterfront area is a great spot to pause for reflection, or break for a game of volleyball.

Dining Hall

Dining Hall
Newly remodeled with seating for up to 200 people the Dining Hall includes a wood burning fireplace and cozy seating area for those cold fall and winter mornings. We are proud of the level of service we can provide in our dining hall. Our dining services serve high quality buffet style meals and a large assortment of hot and cold beverages.

Features:

Banquet Hall: The 81 x 45 ft. dining hall comfortably seats 200, is wheelchair accessible, and can be utilized for banquet events.

Foyer: There is a small foyer area near the entry of the Dining Hall. In the winter our wood fire place warms this cozy area.

Gillette

Gillette Center (Grace)
The remodeled and rededicated the Gillette Center comfortably accommodates up to 24 overnight guests and is perfect for small groups. All inclusive including showers, restrooms, and a spacious meeting area make this a wonderful space for your next small event. The building is currently not wheelchair accessible.

Features:

Playground: The backyard includes a small playground and excavated play area.

Basketball Courts: Several basketball courts are located directly behind this building.

Additional Spaces

Breakout Boardroom: This boardroom style meeting space is perfect for small group meetings or can be used in addition to a larger meeting area as a break-out room. 10 x 12 feet, seats 12.

Tabernacle (”The Tab”): Built in 1922 as a result of 2 days of prayer and a committed team of volunteers over an eight day period, this building is full of memories. Great for group activities like floor hockey and dodge ball (in the large room), it has also been used for seated theater dinners.  Game room includes billards, ping pong, air hockey and foosball. This facility can be heated. Features a large floor space and two breakout rooms that seat 30 people each.

Grounds: While surrounded by a residential community, SAMBICA is a world away. Landscaped grounds, a walk to the lake, beachfront and other amenities make our grounds a great place to hang out, think, pray, quiet your heart and reconnect to the things that really matter. SAMBICA is located on 11 acres on the shores of Lake Sammamish in Bellevue, WA and features a recreation field, waterfront, gazebo, high ropes course and much more!
