Summer Camp Discounts
Registration Discounts
Only one discount is available per registration per week. The Early Bird Special may be applied along with one discount. Discounts must be requested at the time of registration; they are not applied automatically.
Early Bird Special:
All campers that register and pay in full by June 1st receive $20.00 off the cost of registration for each camp they register for. Registration and final payment must be postmarked no later than June 1st to receive the special. This special may be applied along with a discount.
First Timer Discount:
All new campers can receive 10% off their registration fee! Use this to invite a friend who has never been to SAMBICA before. This discount may only be used for a camper's first week of camp.
Jump into Summer Discount:
Register for either of the first two weeks of Classic Day Camp or the first week of H2O Extreme Resident Camp and receive $35.00 off the registration cost.
Family Plan Discount:
Families that register for three or more camp sessions by June 1st will receive $35.00 off the third camp session and each additional camp session they register for. For example, if one child is registered for three sessions of camp, the third session will be discounted $35.00. Or a family with three siblings each attending one week of camp can receive $35.00 off of one child’s registration. To qualify, children must be siblings and reside in the same household.
Host a SAMBICA Share Party:
Host a SAMBICA Share Party and earn $50 towards your registration for every new camper who signs up at your party. Visit here for more details.
Summer Camp Scholarships
Those who partner with SAMBICA have established a Camp Scholarship Program. This program provides financial assistance for children who want to attend summer camp, yet do not have the funds to do so. We consider this a priority in Christian stewardship, as we actively minister to our community. Please download the following guidelines for more information or call the office at 425-746-9110.
The following are the guidelines that have been established, in order to keep integrity in the designation of funds.

Anyone is eligible for scholarship funds regardless of race, creed or gender.

A completed registration form and $50 deposit must be submitted before scholarship approval will be granted. (In some circumstances the deposit may be waived while the scholarship application is being processed. Please contact SAMBICA for more information at 425-746-9110).

To verify the financial need of the applicant, a letter of recommendation must be submitted by a credible source that is familiar with the applicant’s family and financial situation. The letter can be written by any non-family member. Examples include: family friend, neighbor, leader in a local church, school teacher, organization or government agency staff member. The verification must be submitted in the form of writing.

The written recommendation may be followed-up with a telephone call of confirmation, at which time the recommending person or organization may be asked to contribute to the financial need of the camper.

Scholarships will be awarded toward the registration fee for one week of camp in any SAMBICA program. Scholarships will not be awarded to campers attending multiple weeks of camp within one summer.

Scholarships will be awarded according to date received and financial need as long as funds are available. Generally scholarships do not exceed 50% of the total cost of camp. Full scholarships will be considered upon request of the applicant as long as funds are available.
