Check-In/Drop Off Sunday in Jepson Forum 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Parents' Program/Pick Up Friday in Jepson Forum 7:00 - 7:45 PM

Check-In / Drop Off

Overnight camp check-in is from 6:30 pm -7:30 pm on Sunday. No early Check-In is permitted and Check-In will end promptly at 7:30 pm. Please make sure that your child has had dinner prior to arriving for Check-In. We have a snack planned at 7:30 pm but will not be providing dinner that night.

At Check-In you will have the opportunity to:

    • Meet your child’s counselor
    • See your child’s cabin
    • Add money to your child’s store account
    • Shop with your child at the camp store
    • Purchase a camp picture, photo CD and care package
    • Finalize any missing paperwork
    • Make additions to your carpool list
    • Turn in any medications your child may need while at camp

Parents' Program/ Pick Up

  The overnight camp Parents’ Program
  takes place on Friday from
7:00 - 7:45 pm in the Jepson Forum.
Parking is available in the upper field.
This is not only a time to pick up your
child, but to hear a recap of the week
at camp, to see the camp DVD for that
week, and to fellowship with your camper's counselor. There will be an opportunity to get a refund or donate your camper's remaining store money, purchase a photo or photo CD, and pick up any leftover medications from the Camp Medic. Campers will also receive a parent packet which includes their cabin picture and photo CD (if purchased) and other important camp information. All campers must be picked up by the end of the Parents' Program.

Special Schedules

If your child needs to miss any portion of their camp session, please notify the main office of your schedule conflicts as soon as possible. Notifying your child’s counselor of early pick up times will not ensure your child will be ready when you arrive; please call the main office at (425) 746-9110. Campers that miss a portion of the camp program will not be able to make up missed activities. Should you schedule a pick up for your child in the middle of an activity, they may need to miss the entire activity. In fairness to other campers, boats will not be brought back before the scheduled end time of each activity block. Please check with our office manager concerning the best time to pick up your child if they must leave early.
